This episode is featuring Alexis Nicole and her journey to recovery. She shares her experience with youth treatment, then later as an adult and how she found sobriety, relapsed, but ultimately found her way back and is nearing 10 years sober. 

Alexis discusses being a mom in recovery, learning how to stay sober on her own, and what life looks like now. Spoiler: she’s a recovery coach, and started a charity for kids with parents residing in recovery centers.
