Dr. Stacey is a firecracker who has had an enormously amazing career as a beloved physician. But the burn out, stress, and ‘mean girl’ thoughts became overbearing at times. Come join us as we talk through her transition and listening to her heart as well as other tangents of deep dives into the ways women think. Want to feel seen and heard? This episode is for you and together we can create better lifestyles for ourselves and nourish, instead of punish our big beautiful female brains!
Meet Stacey: Dr. Stacey Carpenter is a Board-Certified Physician and a Certified Life Coach. Mike & Glenn chat about finding the spiritual path and compare it to having a “Rhino Mentality”. Listen in and find out why a group of Rhinos is called a “crash”.
Friend in the house! It’s a table for 3 today with Claudia joining Mike and Glenn in the coffee shop sharing her story of experience, strength and hope. Claudia shares that you are never too old to get sober – she started her recovery journey at 50.
Claudia didn’t have alcoholic parents, she came from a comfortable family and always had good grades, was thoughtful of others and sometimes a shy girl. But at 26 she found herself divorced without the confidence or emotional sobriety she needed and was navigating life half-heartedly – looking for people, places and things to bring her back security. She started dealing with daily life with a drink. It wasn’t until her second DUI and a night in jail that she knew she was ready to stop drinking.

The guys discuss how it’s never really a party until you reroute a river, when packing a parachute is equally as important as monogrammed trinkets, and why an extremely photogenic 3rd Place Uber simply cannot medal.
Episode 30 – In this guest episode, Jess, my amazing guest gives us a peek into her beautiful world where she balances running a counseling practice alongside a robust candle company with her husband. Her dream to ‘live like she’s retired’ is so inspiring as she talks through how boundaries, systems, and just a dream to live according to her heart’s plan left me thinking so deeply about how I set up my own life. This episode will surely create pockets of deeper thoughts on what it is you truly want in life and how to get there. It’s possible for anyone seeking to shift into something that better suits their dreams. Get ready, stay open, and come see the softer side of running successful life (and even ‘off the beaten path’) goals and a beautiful business, all while still having space for the real goodness in life!
About Jess:
Hey I’m Jess! A counselor turned candle maker during the pandemic. While I still serve women to help them make small changes in their life that make them feel exponentially better, I also have created a beautiful business alongside my husband. Together we craft hand-poured soy candles out of our very small home in Minnesota. The message behind our entire company is creating safe, simple ways to connect to something you love (candles) and creating more self care, self awareness, and self love! After we went back to our businesses, we chose to continue making candles, because we created a beautiful family of raving fans and discovered we could help more people through charities we created with our candles. We have The Helping People Project, and a portion of our sales goes to helping people in need. The families that receive help are nominated by our customers, so it’s a very intimate special process.
