In our fast paced lives of doing all of the things, running all the errands, and building our beautiful visions for life and business, we tend to lose ourselves. We feel the wear and tear on our bodies and minds, but we simply accept it as ‘the norm.’ But not around here!
It’s time we take back our own power to release the stress and discomfort within our minds and bodies and give a little ‘us’ time to create safety within our bodies. This first ever, Mindful Dose episode, touches on what to expect from these episodes that will go live every Thursday, but it will also take a little dive into some mindfulness to create some beautiful swirling energy around us.

Embracing the In Between

Episode 32 – That in between feeling, amiright?! It’s been a minute since an episode has dropped and part of me feels guilty and the other FREE from expectations, because they are just that…expectations.

Understanding the Female Brain

Simplifying to a Life You Love

Hey I’m Jess! A counselor turned candle maker during the pandemic. While I still serve women to help them make small changes in their life that make them feel exponentially better, I also have created a beautiful business alongside my husband. Together we craft hand-poured soy candles out of our very small home in Minnesota. The message behind our entire company is creating safe, simple ways to connect to something you love (candles) and creating more self care, self awareness, and self love! After we went back to our businesses, we chose to continue making candles, because we created a beautiful family of raving fans and discovered we could help more people through charities we created with our candles. We have The Helping People Project, and a portion of our sales goes to helping people in need. The families that receive help are nominated by our customers, so it’s a very intimate special process.
